The main tools of trade we use are:

• Author-it (Author-it Certified Consultant; see our Author-it Capability Statement)
• Microsoft Word (MOUS [Microsoft Office User Specialist] Certification for Word 2000)
• PaintShop Pro and Snag-It
• Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Captivate (was Macromedia Captivate)
• StyleWriter
• Microsoft PowerPoint

We also have some familiarity with:

• Microsoft FrontPage and Expression Web, Macromedia HomeSite
• HTML Help Workshop
• Windows Help Compiler (WinHelp)
• Other Help authoring tools, such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, HDK, and ForeHelp (no longer available)
• Other Microsoft Office software
