Our methodology

In clarifying what you (and your audience) want, we will initially spend time with you listening to your requirements and then defining how we can meet those needs and identifying what we can do for you. We can develop plans and prototypes for you so that you will have a clear understanding of what you will receive before we even start writing.

Our contract with you will include a definition of the scope of the work and the deliverables. (Sample contract [PDF])

If you need software documentation, we can design it based on the AS/NZS 4258:1994 Standard for Software User Documentation.
