We can quote by the hour or day, or according to the project.

Our experience shows that it is very difficult to give a firm quote on a project where the scope is not clearly defined. This is particularly the case for software and web projects, so we always quote by the hour or day for these. We're not the cheapest technical communication company around, but we work quickly and accurately.

Alternatively, we can do work for you up to a defined amount—some clients have had restricted budgets, so we have worked until the money runs out. In most cases where this method has been used, we have delivered the project within those constraints. (Sample quote [PDF])
