  • March 2011: Rhonda hosted the Microsoft Word 2010 'hands on' lab at the the annual WritersUA Conference in Long Beach, California
  • February 2011: CyberText blog listed in Indoition's Top 50 Blogs and Feeds for Technical Communicators for 2011

2010
